| (I haven't read your other posts) but here are my secrets(ssshhh!) for getting calls returned when they don't seem to want to. 1) still keeping it friendly, but leaving another message, "I talked to god three times today but I can't seem to get a hold of (insert name)!" 2) Okay, 1 didn't work so now I get a little firm but still professional and say, " If he doesn't call me by (insert appropriate time period: hour, day, week) I will just come down there and wait until he (returns from meeting, off the phone, etc.)" I know that it may have passed this point, but understand that a lawyer will cost most of what you will recover (if not more). OMO
